Overview

Cal Tri Events runs one of the largest short-course triathlon series in the United States, hosting 18 events in 2026 and welcoming thousands of athletes nationwide.

Before partnering with Underhill, athletes relied on a RideWithGPS file and a turn-by-turn document. These tools worked, but they made it hard to clearly understand the course and often left athletes with questions.

Underhill partnered with Cal Tri to improve the athlete experience. We created a single “overview” map for each distance that displays the swim, bike, and run on one clear course map. This upgrade gives athletes a complete picture of race day and helps them feel prepared and ready to perform.
